The waving cat was invented as a private "sticker" for LINE. It was made in ibisPaint X as separate images and combined using a GIF maker. The first sketch of this actually started as a cat eating a cookie, but it evolved into something easier to animate. The words on the side mean, "Are you looking for me?"
